Theta Tau was founded on October 15, 1904 by four engineering students at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis as the Society of Hammer and Tongs.

NATIONAL HISTORY

We are the oldest and largest professional engineering fraternity in the United States at over 61 campuses and over 35,000 initiated members. Think of all the connections!

Pi Gamma chapter has had 100+ members since our own founding in 2007 and we keep growing more every semester.
